- The Double Feature disc that includes Must Love Dogs seems to be the same disc as the Standard DVD but all other multi-film DVD releases seem to be barebones. Other exceptions may exist.
- You can access this feature without going through the DVD-ROM interface by going to the disc's whv\img directory and opening the following files with an image viewer: call1,gif, call2.gif, call3.gif, call4.gif, cafelalo.gif, cocktail_call.gif, kathleen.gif, and ny152.gif.
- The DVD-ROM lists 3 scenes that are shared by You've Got Mail with the older films In The Good Old Summertime and The Shop Around The Corner and the ability to play each scene. Obviously those scenes can be found in the main film, and you can directly access the scenes for the older films through accessing certain TITLE tracks on the DVD.
- You can access this feature without going through the DVD-ROM interface by going to the discs whv\cmp\email directory and opening the NewMail.html in your web browser.
- The four interview questions can be accessed directly through the DVD by going to Chapter 1 in Titles 57-60. Note that some players may not allow access to all titles at all times. If you have trouble try going to the Cast and Crew Bios page and then see if Titles 57-60 are accessible.
- You can access this feature without going through the DVD-ROM interface by going to the disc's whv/img/photos directory and opening the files in an image viewer.
