NOTES:
The Underworld Limited Edition 5-Movie Collection is a good choice for a Single/Core set. It includes UltraHD Bluray and regular Bluray discs for all 5 Underworld films. Those discs includes new exclusives for this and all the other films in the series and the Underworld: Rise of the Lycans disc includes the Underworld Endless War feature formerly found only on the Esssentials Collection Bonus Bluray. Only the Commentaries for the Theatrical Version and the TV Spots are missing from the combined features of the UltraHD and regular Bluray discs.
